Transformation & Leadership Coaching
The objective in coaching is to co-create an environment with the client that allows them to set intentional goals aligned with their values and create actionable insights through consistent sessions. In these sessions, the client is asked questions to clarify and deepen their awareness and uncover blocks to move them closer to their desired direction. One on One Coaching
After exploring the client’s goals, a personalized coaching program is designed to meet their requirements. Program length varies from 3-12 months based on weekly/bi-weekly cadence. In person and/or virtual calls are available as options throughout the program. During the program, the client and coach set the context for the engagement, define goals and direction of the client’s development and build consistency and accountability into their lives to create lasting progress and change.

Center for Creative Leadership 360 Feedback
The 360 assessment anonymously collects qualitative and quantitative feedback data from selected recipients from your team to provide a comprehensive view of the participant’s leadership capabilities. Once submissions are collected, the participant receives a debrief coaching session to review and interpret the data, identify insights, and create a development plan to incorporate into their leadership path.
Group/Team Coaching
In person and/or conference calls to work with groups on improving their relationships and results by addressing the perspectives from each individual. By understanding each others impact on one another and bringing awareness to how we convey ourselves, you can achieve balance and more efficient cooperation to meet your goals and create a more inspiring, supportive environment.
